Default Ice, Ice, Baby, Ice at Smithville,

Unable to launch at Little Platte, ( ICE ), Unable to launch at Crows Creek (Ice) and Camp Branch (?), well , you can launch and go around to the marina, to the bridge and left a ways.......... right across from Crows creek and that's IT. ICE 3 inches thick, it will still be there come this weekend, unless they get alot of rain on Friday or the temperature sky rockets , 77 tomorrow, water temp 38. Main lake OPEN, Litton Center OPEN, Dam OPEN , just no way to get there unless you have a cutter. But it was beautiful, very little wind, lots of boats today, all at Camp Branch and at the bridge area.

It sure seems like it's melting slow. I've been checking the ramps every day to see if I can get my boat in. Was pretty tempted to fish around camp branch yesterday but I decided I didn't want to play bumper boats.

I was at Crow's Creek yesterday walking with the dog and the ice seems like it might be kinda slushy. One good windy day or some rain and it should be gone for good!!!!
I believe in catch and release.....right into the grease!!!!!
