Been out getting some some ice fish? You die hards must be tearing them up!

Drilled some holes by bank in my area no safe ice found...

Lots of holes and open patches in the ice even with it being below freezing for days on end. No idea how but I tossed a big rock on the ice a couple days ago while I was putting around the ice and it looked to have split all the way across the lake and punched a hole in the ice that couldn't have been 2" thick. I had been looking at my ice fishing gear pretty hard thinking about braving it. Looks like it's supposed to be a big warm up by the end of this week, so I'm just going to wait it out.

No place i know of to put in a boat. Tried of fishing off the docks. Not brave enough to try the ice.

The two warm days we had earlier in the week ruined the ice so I think the fish have been safe except for maybe some ponds and such.

Figured the ice would have been safe as there were some fools thursday walking around the heated dock cove over at the lake. Spose that leaves more for soft water fishing! Good to hear everyone is being safe!
