    Default Cane pole fishing


    I'm going to bass pro shop later today to get a cane pole. What length would you recomend? Longer or short and how wud u rig it?

    I would get a 12-13' telescopic fiberglass pole. BnM makes good ones, and I think BP has their own house brand.

    I rig it with 11-12' of line and a float.

    Why would you want a cane pole ?
