    I'm new to this site and just wanted to say hello, so Hello. I'm currently stationed here in Huntsville, Alabama and am hoping to get a little more fishing done now than I have in the past. I grew up fishing and have managed to fish in TX, TN, AK, OK, WI, WA, MS, KY, Germany, Iraq, Bosnia, CA and thats all I can remeber right now. Well hello again and I look forward to fishing in Alabama.

    Welcome to Crappie.com!! And Thank you for all your service!!!!!

    I live about 30 minutes north of Huntsville and work in Huntsville. I go fishing quite a bit, but never catch ALOT of Crappie, still learning I reckon!! Alot of people has been fishing from the bank at Guntersville Dam, just go up 231/431 across Monte Sano Mountain, it's out about 30 minutes from Huntsville, you can't miss it, just turn right at the sign. I have been fishing mainly up in the Lake for Jacks (Sauger), and Crappie. We ain't been catching alot of fish, but the ones we have been catching has been nice fish, not many little ones! Give me a holler sometime, maybe we can met up and wet a hook! :D
