Default Possible Thieft of trailer tag

Bud and I were fishing Stockton few days ago, was in the lot putting stuff away, the new Park Ranger stopped by my rig and started up a conservation, How was the fishing, every thing ok,, you guys have a good day, small talk as it were,,,,, Then He said to me,,, This your trailer? Yes, well your tags are out of date,,, Nutuh I said,,, come here,, well by golly the sticker is missing,,, he asked for paper work, and ran my tags and license,,, came back good till 2017,,, I told y'all that to tell you this ,,,only place the sticker could be removed is at the lake,,,, check you tags and check them often it cost 12 dollars to get a replacement.

And by the way one nice Ranger, polite, easy going, not at all hard to get along with, well for me anyway... peace

Mr Beagle....after you put your sticker on good and tight....take a razor blade and cut an X from corner to corner. Cut right down to the metal. They won't steal it because it splits into pieces

I've had my entire license plate stolen at the boat ramp at Wappapello. License bureau told me that was pretty common. Instead of getting their own trailer plates, a low life just goes to the nearest boat ramp and help themselves to one. I use those security bolts now.

My thief was lazy he just took the license plate, left me the bolts at least. After I launch the boat any more always take a whiz on the plate, least get a little satisfaction next time.

Someone stole my daughters sticker off her car tag last year. It cost her to the replace sticker also. Law now requires inspection sticker, tag with sticker, keep tag receipt, proof of insurance, and proof of title or ownership in vehicle not to mention having a drivers license... Some people will steal anything.
