Right now they are drawing down our lake to do work on the dam so fishing we are not fishing. The drawdown will be finished in a couple days with the water level going all the way down to the main river chanel so fishing should be really happening next week. Hopefully I will have some stories and photos next week. Any tips on how to go about catching them would be appreciated as this is the first time I have fished a reservoir that has been almost emptied. Thanks
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

i would say to start with the deepest holes first, then work on finding struckture if ant in the place you are fishing. i find crappies to like the deeper water than struckture dureing low water times. also depending on the temp and weather it is sunny or cloudy, and i fnd that a low presure front they hit lot's more. i hope this will help you some.
