Lunker Lure Rattleback Crappie Minnow ????

I'm looking for somewhere I can get unpainted Lunker Lure Rattleback Crappie Minnows to paint myself. I know they are available from somewhere, but I can't find them anywhere online. The folks I've seen that have been painting their own are using them for tournament fishing and are being awful hush-hush about where they've gotten them. The only thing I can think that they may have done is strip the paint from new baits to paint their own. Just curious if anybody know where unpainted ones can be found.
