Mounting Terrova on Predator 861

Going to mount my Terrova on Predator 861. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

I strongly recommend the quick release mount that MK sells. MKA-21 QUICK RELEASE BRACKET | Minn Kota Motors It make installation very simple, but follow directions closely, as the Terrova has to extend over the front of the boat.

This is the one I have for the 12 volt Terrova. Different motors take different mounts. The Terrova has to extend out beyond the front of the boat. I cover my boat so I need to remove the motor, with this mount it takes about 10 seconds to remove. I also move it inside my car if I am parked overnight at a motel or campground. It has a lock so you can secure it on the boat. This also allows you to move it between boats if you happen to have a 2nd one, like maybe a Job boat with just an electric motor,
