I have a 2010 Smokercraft pro bass. I bought 2 pedestal mounts off Ebay and mounted them on each side of the front pedestal. All you need is a hole saw and drill. This way I don't need anything extra, just take my two existing pedestals and seats and put them up front. Just so happens I am installing MY new Spyderloks tomorrow and I will take a couple of pics if you want.

Just call Cumberland Crappie. I have the same style base and they just took some measurements from my boat and made a nice setup.
