Default Favorite setup? Single, double, or tripple jigs for winter bite.

I normally use two jigs for year round setup. 1/16 oz in summer and 1/32 oz in winter. This has worked in the past. Recently tried triple jig setup with good results using smaller size tube jigs. I rig it with a 1/32 regular jig head on bottom and two 1/64 oz tube jig heads above it space about 10" apart. Have played with tying each jig with 1" loop off main drop line . to give them a floating effect with mixed results. Seems like the smaller size works better and is almost as important as color.

I have a hard time keeping two from being hung up! I have been using tin Timmy Tom weedless jig heads. They work really well matched with 10-2 power pro braid, we go for full days double dippin, double jigs and not loose one! I like big baits, big bait big fish, not always but it is common! I think the color, size, and bait you use should be the one you are most confident in! Mark
