Default No drill cleat spider rig?

Looking for best way to setup bow of boat for spider rigging without drilling. Need some ideas PR recommendations please. I have Cumberland crappie four pole rod holders from previous boat. I gate to drill and doubtful they'll be stable enough with 5in plate that screws to deck. If it was your boat how would you setup bow and which brand rod holders? Thanks

I welded brackets that fastened to my seat post and extended forward to hold my rod holders. They worked out pretty good and are stable. I believe there is something like them commercially available.
