He was a great artist.
He would have been 80
I am only 50 so I missed the Elvis craze. But man I bet it was pretty cool
I grew up listening to Elvis tunes. I remember mom and dad had 78 records
All I new was I like the one with the dog on it (the RCA dog)
My dad said he was leaving fort lenardwood when Elvis was coming in
But he didn't know who was yet .
He grew up on a dairy farm and didn't get to town much lol
I have been to Graceland. I was aw struck. It was hard to believe that one man made that many records. I have been to the sun studio and stood on the x on the floor were Elvis and so many of the greats stood to record the stuff that we still enjoy today I had chills run down my back
Hard to believe a young man from Mississippi would change the word
Thank you sir for all the great music that's has helped shape all are live
RIP
