Default Poor customer service rant.....Polaris RZR

I talked a guy who works for me into buying a polaris and he purchased an extended warranty. His master cylinder went out the first of October and they keep pushing him out two weeks. After being put off many times he finally requested a number to polaris from the dealer. Polaris explained to him they needed all available parts for production and he would have to wait until they caught up. That's some real customer service!!! Looks like a 4 month wait at the best.

A call to his state consumer protection office would get this fixed at light speed.

This is a matter of them not caring about a unit already sold. They are keeping the parts for production.

The dealer should take one off of a new one and take care of his customers. I had a friend that was in that business for years and he made sure his customers were happy. That's the reason he was able to sell his business and retire with lots of customers/friends.

Yep it almost takes a act of Congress to get something done. I have written Wally world head quarters so many time and had district managers on speed dial so many times that some of them know me by my first name. Yes for sure I would be calling someone in the state gov offices.
