    Default Bench seat Mod

So since I got this boat I've wanted to raise the bench seat a bit, Well had nothing else to do today .
I used some 2X2 aluminum box tube to raise it. Once I had it all free I also moved the whole seat Aft 3" . Wow 2 inches up 3 inches back. BIG Difference Way more comfortable , I need to ad a little trim piece to clean it up But pretty happy with it over all

It's not easy being OCD ADHD , plus I'm anal lol. Thanks buddy, when I got it if you raised the seat to access storage underneath the side of the seat would hit the trim/tilt button ? Now I've moved it enough to clear the controls as well as back and up . All good except for this thin hard water lol.

    Nice mod Gobob.
A lot of seats sit so low that I feel every wave gets transmitted into my lower back. I bet the rough water ride will feel smoother and more leg room is always a plus. Looks like you may have room under the seat base for tackle trays. Good job!

I hadn't thought about putting tackle trays under there. I like the way you thinking . I need to start tying up spider rigs for the spring anyway , Thanks for the idea

Maybe an LED or two that cast light on the floor for some of the inevitable night fishing. Good job on the mod.
