    Default good day on flint creek


    flint creek seems to be hot again for those of you who know it. we stayed 2hrs and caught these. my daughter caught crappie on a nitecrawler, ive never heard of crappie hitting worms. i caught all mine on hair jigs and charlie brewer grubs.

    how bout that smile. i dont know what happened there.

    those are some real nice fish, cant beat a day with the kids and catching fish

    We catch em on the garden hackle (worms) all the time here, but we've noticed that they prefer a long trailing end compared with the gills. Just hook about half a nightcrawler on a jighead and you're in bizness. Still prefer plastics, not as messy.
    I have a jig with a face like this!:eek:

    thanks guys that was my first case of having to double string the fish it was nice. it dont usually use a stringer like that.
