Must be tough down that way I haven't heard of anything good goin on in that area,11 aint bad for a tough bite.
Well my day was not as successful as KS Fish but we did manage to pull a few. Had 11 keepers but 2 guys fished hard and hit all our "hot spots" around the toll bridge. Fished only jigs, bb garland baby shad and slab buster in blues, black and chartruese. Could only catch 1 or 2 at each spot. Side scan never found them "stacked". Water was 47-48 degrees. Fishing will only improve in the next month. Best time of the year to be on the lake. Good luck!

Benelli1 since you said Toll bridge i'm assuming you're fishing the main lake? When I was fishing last weekend I tried other arms other than the little Niangua and didn't have near the luck. I'll be down again Satuday and Sunday. Keep hunting those slabs!!
Same results that Slabcab and I had when we fished, 1 or 2 fish per spot and that was it. Thanks for the report
Anyone think the Niangua is hot bc of all the black crappie?
Yes that could be.
Good report.
Here fishy, fishy, fishy...
Thanks for the update congrats on the 11.
