    Default smith lake alabama

great day on smith lake after the fog finally lifted. spent 3 hrs putting around because we couldnt see a thing. ended up with 50 keepers and threw back atleast 30. hair jigs seemed to be the bait of the day. most were pretty shallow and hanging around boat houses and docks.

i beleive thats the one. it is deep and clear in places but alot of people crappie fish there. i think it would be tough if you didnt go with someone who knew the lake pretty well. not much visible structer to fish.
