    Default Cellos are done

Lemoncello, satsumacello, and blackberrycello for now. We bottled a bunch up for gifts, etc. I likes them:

Candied the rinds and spent blackberries for snacks. That was fun, enjoyed it.

Ya'll will get some, I have a terrific crop of citrus this year. Tal, yours will be part of your annual Christmas gift to your clinic. We'll tote some to the Toledo Bend gathering as well.

Satsumas are running smaller this year, but lots of them. Super sweet than average. Could be due to the late winter we had (late bloom), then a early cold snap a few weeks ago. Grapefruits are now coming in good. I can put the hurt on some grapefruits.
