Hit the water at 0700 got to spot at 0710. First drop keeper then party is on . 60 in the well at 1030. All good fish over 11. Great time. Bite is on . No really big fish just good size. Did not keep anything that looked to be measured. If you are not fishing then you are not catching.

Same deal brush on drop from 20 down to 35 fish holding on the top of the drop, then will move down after being hammered but still very catch able. Stay on top of brush and they will bite numerous triple hook ups great time. Love it l

The secret is finding them. It seems they are very selective in which pile they want to use. One pile same depth same everything no fish. Next pile screen lights up like a x-mas tree

I haven't been since September. Sold my truck so we could build a house. Won't buy a new truck until spring. Even though our RAV4 is equipped to pull the boat it makes me nervous so the boat is parked for now.

Great report BD and thinks for posting. I have been out chasing wipers but no luck. I have seen all the crappie guys fishing and catching but like you said nobody posting. I may have to switch to crappie if I cannot learn how to catch winter wipers. They have to eat too in the winter.

Thanks for the report BD. Might have to try to get out next weekend if I can fill all of my deer tags before then.
