If you have a scanner it is easy. Just scan them and save them in a folder such as "my pictures". Then when you want to post them go to the " manage attachments" bar below your reply and pull it out of your folder.
It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D

This is what i use to post pictures with. http://www.imageshack.us/
Just browse where the pictures are,upload the file/picture name,wait a few seconds and then copy Note*Highlight the hypertext link and right click your mouse on the highlighted link and press copy* then you can press paste to put the link in the reply box here.

All you need to do is click on the Paper clip at the top and pick your file and download it. Then click on the file in the paper clip and it will put the pic in. Just make sure you file is not to large. Make it like 600X400 Pixels or something like that.
Other that that you can use Photobucket or some service like that.
