From now on you are King Bruce. That was fit for a king. No grits for you tonight!!
Didi's son Andrew, (the Caterer in New Orleans) had a client to cook for on Thanksgiving Day, so he offered to cook for family and friends today.....I have never been treated to so much of a variety and the most delicious food ever....first we started with some appetizer trays of various cheeses, (gouda my favorite) sliced meats, stuffed olives, grapes and cinnamon pecans.....then a shrimp & crabmeat salad, then mac & cheese Lobster, also chicken & sausage gumbo, absolutely scrumptious grilled marinated filet of tenderloin, grilled lobster tails, grilled oysters on the half shell, honey baked ham, an assortment of dinner rolls, home made eggnog cheesecake and a variety of other pastries cooked today, and Didi made some Pumpkin Bread for the party....he had at least 5 of his employees helping out.....
That's Andrew standing by the grill doing what he likes to do best.....
Thanks Andy for a great time........
