Im trying to get into this tournament thing. I read in the fruit jar rules, and have a few questions. I think I read that for each tournament you fish, you get 10 points automatically, and then the add total fish weight (for 7 fish). So for instance if I fished a tournament and my 7 fish weight totalled 10lbs, I would have 20lbs for that tournament and that weight carries on with me until the end of the season. At the end of the season all my points would be added up and the top 6 qualify for a bigger tourney. Am I right on this?

Kinda. The top six is a points race thing, the top six in points will be awarded prizes. In order to qualify for the Championship tourney you have to gave 50 points, everyone with 50 points will be qualified to fish that tourney. The points race is a regular season award.
