Haven't been on Griffin this year but I know it's much higher than last year.............you won't have any trouble getting everywhere you want to go.

I've been on Griffin for three years now and it's as high as I've ever seen it. I'm guessing maybe 8" higher than last year. You asking for any specific reason?

I bought a home in Lakeside Village last year and fished the lake about every day last winter. Will be coming down Dec. 1

Heard the crappie fishing on Griffin has been very good as of late. A bass tournament buddy of mine says he has been hearing a lot about crappie there, but that's all I got out of him. Sorry no specifics.

Went to Lake Griffin this morning and took a pic of the 'lake level indicator' located at the 'train' launch ramp. it shows almost 59 ft, somewhere i have a pic of when the level was down. will post both when they are found. The level is high now but is a controlled level lake. We had 7 inches of rain last week so water is clear at the ramp.--shu
