Well did not have the quanity yesturday but got some quality. One was 3.2 and the other about 2.5. I guess the fish had not come back in from the last cold front yet. Or they just wasnt biting right. Oh yeah the smaller one I caught it by the tail.
But hey i cuaght it.

You'll have to check your local regulations but a lot of places it is illegal to catch game fish anywhere except in the mouth because that would be considered snagging.

Those are some nice hogs though for sure!

I know you can get into trouble for actually snagging, or snatching whuich ever you want to call it, but there is no-way a Game Warden could tell you, you intenionally snagged that Crappie in the tail. He would have to be one of the biggest jerks out there, which COULD be possible! :D

I went Saturday myself, caught 18, but only 10 would keep. I talked to a couple of other guys that didn't do any good either. It was slow, hopefully they will start back up again!!

yeah i snagged 4 in my lifetime ....I've let them go and to be honest...they've never swam off right,so i'm guessing they died. =-/ which sucks.

I never,never try to snag a fish and i can bet everybody has done it as well...all accidental too,never on purpose.
