I heard you put on a clinic there showing all the whippersnappers how to catch fish. Good job Chaunc.

Mike, when you do your homework, the test is always easier. This lake isn't any different from other crappie waters. Guys will put brush on the best drops in every area. I'm an old crappie vet. Given time, i'll find some. I caught 28 with 4 being keepers. Didn't keep any tho. There was a guy drifting and watching me. He was cheering me on. Don't think he was part of the crew. Hope to get back down there next spring for a few days. Had a great time at the camp.

I can do that on my home lake too. Water temps are in the low 50"s but the fish weren't in the usual spots I fish this time of year up here. Did some searching and look what I ended up with.
