Want to take a winter crappie fishing trip. Where would y'all recommend?

I live in Arkansas and have started fishing for crappie in the wintertime. I would like to take a trip somewhere and catch some nice slabs. What lakes should be on my bucket list that aren't too far from Arkansas?

There are lots of lakes in Arkansas that offer excellent Crappie fishing in the Winter time. No need to travel out of the state. P.M. me for more details.

Lake Washington 15 miles south of Greenville, Ms.is a great late winter lake especially February and march .I am also from Arkansas and I have a cabin on washington the past 12yrs or so and there is no better it produces several 3lb crappie every year I have 6 the past two years! !!
