Default In Michigan and had fun at Cabelas!!!

In Michigan for the grand daughters birthday and went to Cabela's for only my second time. Had a basket full and the only thing the wife said was how much do you think is in there, I thought $125 but it was only $106. She didn't complain at all just said we only get here once a year and paid for it.

Tying stuff, spinner stuff and a new Shimano UL reel

I'll post some pics when I get back to Vermont.

sounds like a very good wife, you better keep her. We have a cabelas about 45 minutes from house & a bass pro 15 minutes from house, I have a few friends that can drop $100.00 every time they go in there, so I would say you did very good, used a lot of restraint.

I can't stop when I'm in the truck anymore, I lose too much time. Sounds like a trip to the goodie store.

Which cabelas? We have three of them now. I assume it was Dundee? Where is the grandchild located? Get with one of us on your next trip and maybe we can hit the water together.

Yeah it was the Dundee store - they live in Ypsilanti.

I'll be hitting the Dundee store November first. I have a Cabelas here in Grand Rapids now, but there's something about the Dundee store that draws you in.

Nice, last time I was at Bass Pro I only spent $15 but the wife didnt care at all. She was watching our kids have a blast watching the fish swimming around the big tank.

I do have a $50 gift card for Dicks Sporting Goods burning a hole in my pocket. Heading there Tuesday after work.

Usually I guess $100 and it ends up $250!
