    Default new here

I'm new to crappie fishing and really fishing in general. Been bass fishing for about a year and a while back caught a crappie. After hearing how good they are i started doing some research and ended up here. Today I caught my first one that was in purpose. I live on a lake and went out right after sun up. Just for a fee minutes to see what would happen. I have a 7' rod and I was using a yellow curly tail grub with a bobber and a slow retrieve at about two feet down. I wanted to say thank you to everyone here for all the info because I would have never known that technique without you guys. I'm now planning an early morning excursion so I can actually catch enough to have a fish fry. I will post again after that. So thanks again.http://rs86.pbsrc.com/albums/k101/ta...11.jpg~320x480
