Default LOZ this weekend - Divide and Conquer

Been awhile I know, but coming out of hibernation to try my luck with some fall fishing. I have a three day weekend, so might as well give it a shot. With that said, if anyone else will be fishing this weekend it may be a good idea to help each other out if the fishing is going to be tough. I have no problem helping anyone out if I'm on the fish - If you feel the same we can exchange cell numbers through private message. I'll be fishing the Gravois arm from Friday late afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Shoot me a PM if interested or say hey if you see me on the water - I'll be in a white and black Crestliner 1850 Sportfish with a 150 Honda. Oh, hope you all have some good luck at Truman Camp!! Would like to come, but the boat is docked at LOZ...and too lazy to move it.

I will be there Sat-Wed.. I will in the area of Horseshoe bend a couple of miles up from the bridge. I have not fished LOZ in a long time so any help will be good. Buddy of mine just fished a bass tourny and stated people were catching a lot of crappie around the deep water condo docks. I will be glad to post if we find any.

    Ok people...
Started at 9 am shooting docks, ( glaize arm ) caught one keeper black about 5' deep in 8 ' of water.
    Than nothing!
About 4 o'clock I hit the mother load of brushpiles in 22' of water.
Limited out in 1.5 hours. All whites
    Hitting minnows with orange jig..
Wouldn't even hit a minnow by itself.

Will hit it again in morn.

Same here! Found a total of ZERO in the docks. Only fish we found were in brush piles in 14 to 18 feet of water, tight to brush. They are all shorts, though. Will keep hunting them today to see if there's any change.

Went back to the same brushpile this morn, and picked up 6 more whites.
    Than nothing but dinks....
But they helped full the basket.
