What radio controlled flyer did you use to film that? Just so happens that on our classifieds billboard at work someone has a DJI Phantom FC40 Quadcopter drone with the FPV recorder (not GoPro) for sale for $375 OBO. Very intriguing gadget although I'm not sure I have $375 to throw down on one right now.

Its a DJI Vision 2+ with its own camera, not quite as good as a GoPro but good enough for me.

Pretty cool video !! I have to ask, though ... how fast were you trolling ? Didn't look like you were even moving, since there was no discernible wake/wash from the boat or motor. It almost looked like you were just being blown along, very slowly, by the light wind blowing towards the transom end of the boat.

I have the DJI Phantom Vision 2+, not a toy version for sure. Uses GPS to help stabilize and hover in one location. Real time video down link. If you are thinking about getting one, I suggest starting with a cheaper version and learn to fly that well.
