Default ? on a new pole

I just ordered a new crappie pole with a small reel on the end and the line ran through the inside. Just wondering if anyone else has used these poles before. Thanks.

I have not tried one of those but i hear BnM has a rod out or one that is coming out that is a Whitey Outlaw signature series Santee Cooper rod,it looks to be a good rod for fishing trees with alot of limbs, the line runs inside it and you can put any type reel you want on it...welcome to crappie.com

Default I Did Not Like Them!

If Your Rods Are Like The Ones That I Had With The Line Run Up Thru The Rod I Did Not Like Them Because I Used Them To Crappie Fish And I Fished In The Brush. If You Get This Rod Hung And Break Off The Line It Will Snap Back Into The Rod. Then You Have To Use A Wire To Fish The Line Back Out Of The Rod. This Is Impossible While You Are Fishing. I Am Using The B&m Rods With The Guides On The Outside. They Are Great!!! This Is Imho!!!

Thanks for the info. I guess a smaller pound test leader may help keep the line from breaking on the inside. Again thanks this is a great site.
