    Default Monroe on Thursday

Met up with fishin hilbli and flycaster this morning at the fish bowl. Little to no wind and smooth water 83 degrees. We all went our separate ways and reported in around 10:30. I had caught 20 with 6 keepers 11" to 13", flycaster had a better average with 8 or so caught and 6 or so keepers 11" to 13" and fishin hilbili headed in before I got a final count. But when I talked to him earlier he was having the same ratio of caught to keepers as me. Seems they're running small...at least where I was, but still enough bites to keep things interesting. It just can't get any better than catching specks!!!!!

You dudes and dudettes with jobs....better get out there this weekend.....it's gonna be a good one!

This was Tuesday morning...today was even prettier

The finest gift you can give to any fisherman is to put a good fish back, and who knows if the fish that you caught isn't someone else's gift to you?"

A GREAT day to be on the water with friends, little to no wind, NO BOAT TRAFFIC.

The only down side today was the loose grass on the surface and suspended below.

Some dinks, but for the most part the small were close to 10 inches.

Saw someone waiting at the gate as I was driving to work this morning, honked the horn not sure who it was. Glad everyone caught some fish especially that you left the big ones for Huntinslabs and me on Saturday..............

You better head to your health care provider. That color you introduced to Lake Monroe indicates that you have some serious health issues.
