    My heart Doc. asked me what I did to relax. I told him I fished every minute I can. He told me not to stop ever. Its the best form of stress release you can do. Not even golf is as good. It was a good read, but I think that most folks would get really frustrated with a fly rod for the first time.

    If everybody who fished took the attitude of the typical competitive bass fisherman, none of us would live past 40. I found out years ago that those guys were wound way too tight.
