    to run a forum like this?feel free to pm me a response and delete this thread.Just curious,i'm a member of a gaming forum that seems to be going belly up,it's on enjin forums and i dont really care for them.

    The answer is, it depends.

    Depends on how much traffic it gets, and how big a server you need. And how much you can do yourself in the way of managing the server technology. If you are not technically literate in this specific unix systems software or for that matter, the forum software too, it could easily cost thousands every month.
