Default September & October on Mark Twain

    Hello Crappie Wizards,

I am "fishing" for suggestions/patterns for Fall crappie on Mark Twain. We've had great success all year, and I want to continue. I haven't really fished in the Fall much though. Will they move from the main lake back into the creeks?

    Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of guys on here that fish Twain in the fall more than I (chasin the waterfowl), but overall the fall fishing can be phenomenal! Once the water starts cooling they will head back up into the rivers with their feed bag ON...... follow the bait and you'll be in the fish.

U is right on, I like to fish back up the rivers but not real far back in the fall and winter.
