Default Slower bite for us this morning

Buddy of mine had family in town from Philly and wanted to go fishing. She had not crappie fished so we went down below the cut from Bucksaw. Thou the bite was slower we still caught plenty to have a good time. Fish seemed scattered from 5ft to 15ft water. Jig tipped with minnows was the best for us. Kept fish for pics and released all others. Good time was had before the heat got bad.

Looks like Wyatt will be getting the royal treatment next Friday night at DQ from me and Mark, as soon as he spills the beans on your hot spots.

Sounds like a great morning I got the yard mowed before the heat. Fishing would have been better.
    Thanks for the report!

Great job. The fish have been the same way down at fairfield area.
At least the shad are starting to get big enough to be less likely
a meal for the average crappie. Can't wait for October.
