Any RAM Mount users?????

I had a ram mount fall apart, the rubber ball just disintegrated. I checked the RAM MOUNT web site and see that they have a LIFE TIME warranty on their products.
I sent an e-mail and a photo of the product along with the part number. The response was send your mailing address and two ($2.00) Dollars, credit card and they will replace the defective unit.
Unit was not received after two weeks, notified them and they promptly sent a second unit replacement at no charge.
From the mailing labels the postal department was very lax in handling the mail in a timely manner.

I have 3 RAM mount products on my boat and have had zero issues with any of them. One on my 898, one on my 788 and one on my Terrova.

i have one only on my boat. Its on the bow 788 I think its getting weak now. I do believe its around five years old, maybe more. But this great to hear about them. Glad it all worked out for you.

I have 10 rodholders, 2 of the 5 rod rodholders, and 4 11''( I think!) extensions but they are all the base that locks in place and have never had any problems with them. Solid all the way.

I've had one that holds the GPS on my motorcycle handlebar, and also one on the front deck of the boat that holds my HDS 7. Both have given me trouble free service for a load of road miles and tons of fishing hours. All good stuff!
