I recently purchased the rigged weedless slider for $2.10 of their website, when my package arrived it was not the rigged version but just the slider itself. How is this company with their customer service? I sent them an email today and told them the situation, hoepfully this issue gets fixed. Thanks.

When i was stationed in Sasebo, Japan I sent them an order for over $100.00 and forgot to sign the check. They sent me my order and the check to sign and send back. It doesn't get any better than that for me.
