Default Lowrance FF settings for spider rigging

Okay so I just have a few questions about how you guys set up your fish finders for S.R.. What frequencies do you use for 3D and which for DI. Which ping speed do you use? Noise rejection and surface clarity, off or on? I will be fishing in less than 30 FOW using an Elite 5HDI mounted to the TM trolling along at 0.35mph. So any suggestion/tips are welcomed! Let's hear it!

There are a bunch of Elite 5/7 instructional videos on You Tube. Don't know if you've watched those, but if not, that might be a good place to start.

Gotcha. I figured that was the magic number for you. Here, it seems to vary from day to day. Some days they want it dead still, other days they seem to want it moving real fast, say 1.0-1.2 mph.
