Default What to store plastics in?

I keep my plastics in their own package but when I use them I super glue them on the jighead and they are put in a box with other assorted plastics after use. I try to organize them some by color but have ended up with some chartreuse looking monkey milks... Just curious what you all put them in after you use them... Or if the way I am doing it is okay and I've put one in there wet to cause this?

I don't use glue just jigs with barbs. I keep them all in ziplock bags new and used. If the used one is still in good shape it just goes back in the bag. If it's not it gets chunked.

Plano boxes from Wal Mart. I just add a little baby oil so the plastics don't stick. Here lately I have used virgin pomace oil. Don't know how it will work, but I sure like the name.

Ive been keeping new ones in the package but used ones in a plano box. Does the oil really make a big difference? Do you just put a few drops in each compartment with the plastics? It doesnt deter bites?

I was thinking it might rust the hooks adding something to them?

I keep a couple of boxes of plastics, each in their own compartment. I keep jigheads and hooks in a separate box. I keep one compartment in the plastics box for jigs I've cut off to switch to something else. I rusty hook can lead to the whole bunch going bad. Make my own jigheads and powdercoat them so I have too much time and money invested to not take care of them.
Good idea to keep ziplock bags full of plastics not out of the package yet. I keep a few just emptied bags and put some of my dried out plastics in and stir them around in it. Makes them good as new.

I have no problem catching fish with oil on tubes, etc. One thing though, the virgin olive oil tastes lots better than baby oil.
