Adamson Fish Camp - Altamaha Trip

I recommend Adamsons' Fish Camp for a fishing trip or just a get-a-way trip. Beautiful place with great host. They are in the process of restoring this old place back to what it was years ago. They have RV sites on the bluff and many cabins.

Our ole(OLD) group went down to Beard's Bluff and Adamson's Wednesday AM and returned Friday. We caught almost every fish in the river. Good Gills, good Crackers, and a ton of War Mouth. The Taser Bug was a killer on both Gills and WM's. It also worked too good on Jack as they took three away from me. Worms under a cork on the bottom worked really good on Crackers. The War Mouth, Reds, Gills, and Crackers had eggs and it is August. We are talking about going back this Fall and try the Specs. Yes, we did catch some specs and all on Taser Bugs.
