Its Slabbin Time Again/Pics

I made a trip to one of my early fall places today for a check up. Guess what? They were there. We landed 37 all from 12-15 and all released. We also landed as many white perch.

Those are some thick looking slabs! My lake here in CT is infested with white perch now, having a hard time finding the crappie.

Same thing here in central PA. All my local lakes are over run with millions of small White Perch!

Nice mess of crappie. We get a head start on y'all northern guys n the spring but y'all kill us n the summer!!! Water temp in our lakes is 90 degrees. Went this weekend couldn't find a crappie.
