Like someone else said during the week may not be bad then but the weekends will still be bad. Seems like the pleasure boats are staying out longer and starting earlier every year.

You said it. You used to be able to fish the spawn on through the second weekend in May. Not anymore, May 1 they are already starting to rough it up, from then all the way to the first week of October it will be rough. Good thing about LOZ, October-April is the best fishing anyways
