Jimmie the walleye at Truman are usually a late winter early spring bite. Not saying you won't catch any but pretty hard to target them below the dam this time of year. Some guys catch them on humps and rocky points on the lake but Stockton has a better reputation. Come January it's time to really work them all the way up through mid April. Good luck.
God bless Charlie Brewer and Bobby Garland.
try trolling the flat across from dake harbor with deep divingcranks keep bouncing the bottom
thanks for the help guys headin for loz for two days of crappie fishing with my buddy ralph
A couple guys I know troll cranks on the flats. They catch everything,,, bass, whites, crappie and a lot of blue cats and few walleye. He had a 8lbr sat, said it was alittle over 27" long. that's a pretty good walleye just about anywhere! Good luck!!
