another minnow tank question

I'm going to make a minnow tank out a 55 gallon drum and buy a pound of fathead minnows from a hatchery this spring. My question is where can I get a pump and filter for this size drum?

I have not long ago bought a pump from Home Depot. It is called a 'garden pond pump.' I made a filter from a 3 gal. bucket, filled with large rocks and some batting material to catch the small particles.
