Great company and great customer service

Southern crappie rods, Ed Duke if you haven't used or dealt with Ed I want to say that his service is next to none! I screwed up my rod order and Ed made it right w/o charging me a dime more, even though it was my mistake! That's a WOW in today's customer service, most companies would charge a restocking fee and handling but he gave me longer rods w/o up a up charge!

I can't wait to get his 14' rods and try them !
