Default DIY 4ft LED fishing light.

Four, 4ft strings of leds slid down into a clear 3/4 flexible tube. Pvc end caps were epoxied on. This was 18 inches under water. Let it run all night long every night all week. Worked well and really attracted the bait fish.

Where did you get the led's, how did you make it and, most importantly, how did you seal it?

Leds came from ebay. The tubing is 3/4 clear flex found at many hardware stores around here. I got a couple of pvc caps and filled with epoxy and put them on the ends and of course left the wire running out for the 12vdc. The 4 strings were pretty difficult to thread through the pipe, so I use a pull string and pulled them all at the same time.

I'm not sure what those were. The second batch I purchased was 5050's. They were what was left from my boat lighting project.
