    anybody tried crappie nibbles at night instead of minnows?

    I've used crappie nibbles with my minnows at night...But never alone...

    I use nibbles on Spoons and jigs at night. I dont use minnows often

    several companies make dif. versions of them but they are small paste balls that go on your hook or you can inject them with a bait pump in to your tube baits that seem to make the crappie hold on a little longer to give you a chance to set the hook. they come in several colors. get you some, most people dont leave home with out them

    I never use minnows or nibbles. But then again, I don't fish at night either! I would but I just don't have time and I catch my fair share when the sun is up.
