water temp at 79.1. Heavy overcast
-tournament launch delayed 1/2 hr for
rain shower & lightning to pass.
Barametric press 29:98 @ 7am, rising to
30:04 by 1pm,scatered showrs, constant
changing wind direction -south-ssw-nssw-w - south with speed from 4.6 to 8.1
reaching 10.4 by noon.
Twenty three (23) teams took to water,
going for those elusive 2 pounders this
lake is noted for.

dark green & light copper tone
3rd place Kinsler, Wally Marshall rods, on
Ron's &Skipper's jigs -hot pink, blue/chart
butterscotch & copper coller, spider rig
minnow tipped 4 -6' water.
4th place Harry-Magneson team push-
pulled with Red Bone rods upfront, BnM
12' rods rear. Mminnow tipped, variation Ron's & Skipper's zip jigs - pink
blue/chartuse- electric chicken-june bug.
Front rods hand tied light brown 48th oz
bugs. - 10 - 11' water.
