    Pooped. Was on the tractor and chain saw all day yesterday, and again today. Not like some of you guys that go "catching", one of these days. Decided to stuff some pork chops with fresh sausage and smoke them while I was busy. Smoker almost ready:

    I coated them with May haw jelly, and glazed them just right:

    That should work just fine.

    Never thought about coating them with May haw jelly but that does make sense! Will have to give that a try.

    Looks good. I had never thought of putting jelly on the. Will have to try it.

    Dwayne, smoked them for four hours. Put the glaze on them after they browned on each side. As you can tell the glaze worked nicely with fresh May haw jelly.
